My name is David Love. My username is paedolinear in Shona: derived from my firstborn child's name (Kathy) and a prefix denoting "father of" (baba).

  2. I have worked temporarily, part-time for UNESCO-IHE and the University of Stellenbosch, and held a Visiting Scientist (zero-appointment) with the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics.
  3. I am a member of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa and have previously been a minor office-holder of the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe and of the Scout Association of Zimbabwe.
