Azar Naghiyev is an award winner international lawyer, tutor, expert, mediator, and writer. He was born in Masalli Azerbaijan. His academic and professional credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent School of Law, a Bachelor of Law degree, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Baku State University in Azerbaijan. With a diverse and extensive academic and professional background, Azar brings a wealth of expertise to his work in the legal field. He is an award-winning professional, recognized both locally and internationally. He is a member of esteemed associations, accentuating his integral role in legal expertise. He is fluent in four languages: Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian. He has participated in many training sessions, conferences, and seminars throughout his professional career. He is one of only 40 trainers in Azerbaijan who completed the Training for Trainers program funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe for lawyers, prosecutors, and judges. He is one of the 61 Certified Tutors on the Council of Europe HELP online platform.
