I am an avid skier and member of Killington Ski Club in Killington, VT. From October/November through April/May, I ski every weekend. During the intervening months, I cycle (road and mountain), hike and swim to remain fit and active. And, I roller skate all 12 months of the year! Recently certified by SDI in scuba diving (open water and nitrox), I am a member of Divers Alert Network. In addition, I am committed to healthy living and work out daily at Gold's Gym. Professionally, I am a data management consultant and web developer.


My interests include: all of the above, home decorating, architecture, interior design, pop culture, social networking, technology and automobiles.

As a founding member of the Hellions of Troy Roller Derby league, and a past member of the Albany All Stars Roller Derby league, I play roller derby as Flexi Wheeler:
"The love child of the Incredible Hulk and a burlesque performer, Flexi's destiny was foretold at birth. Uncommon strength and aggression, coupled with extreme exhibitionism compelled young Flexi to pursue a career as a nude trapeze artist. Though she loved the variety of circus life (and, damn, those midgets!), the urge to put the smackdown on people eventually led to a mid-life career change. Cage fighting, boxing, erotic wrestling, modern-day gladiator - she tried them all. But it wasn't until she stumbled upon the wild world of roller derby that she found her one and true life's purpose. Strapping wheels to her feet and clothing herself in nothing but green and pink lingerie, Flexi started cussing and brawling, and never looked back."
