Gustavo Pastor Torres (Lima, Perú, 1977) es un joven politólogo de origen peruano. En 1999, después de haber cursado sus estudios en Lima, viajó a Paris (Francia) para continuar sus estudios en ciencias políticas, sociología y filosofía. Hoy es candidato a doctor por la prestigiosa Escuela de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Sociales de Paris (EHESS, Paris, Francia) y se desempeña como profesor en el Instituto de Estudios Políticos de Paris (Sciences Po) de Poitiers. G.P. forma además parte de varios círculos intelectuales como miembro del comité ejecutivo del Observatorio Político de América Latina y del Caribe (OPALC) de Sciences Po, como miembro fundador del Centro Europeo de Investigaciones Políticas (CERP, Paris) y como director del Círculo de los Patriotas (Perú).
