HELLO Heading here, but remove 'display: none;' on row (above; leave just '|-')

Hello. I am Akaza, an author and maritime historian from the United Kingdom. I mostly find myself gravitating towards creating content of a historiographical nature, usually towards the maritime history of the Great Lakes, a region which has captivated me for over a decade. I am also significantly interested in British railways and industry, as well as Japanese history and culture. I enjoy metal music, and frequently listen to it while writing.

I joined Wikipedia under the name GreatLakesShips on 26 November 2017, when I was 13-years-old, initially to correct a single error on an article I had recently viewed a documentary about. Upon diving further into the contents of Wikipedia, I learned about the dearth of content covering my field of interest, and decided to make a concerted effort to rectify it. As a result of creating several (albeit rather stubby) articles in my first few months, I felt proud to have made a difference. I even met a few people, most notably Kablammo, who continued to provide me with support and encouragement years on into my journey. I consider the article covering the story of the freighter D. M. Clemson to be the best thing I have ever written. I pride myself on the accuracy and comprehensiveness of my research. Should I be inactive for a few weeks, I am most likely compiling sources for a future project.
