This is a list of individuals serving in the United States House of Representatives (as of January 3, 2023, the 118th Congress).[1] Until the House elects its speaker who swears in those elected as members[a], they are referred to as "members-elect" within the House, and are unable to conduct any business other than elect a speaker.[2]
