Helper template for creating the succession box. The template will display an empty version of the box with default (usually empty) parameters, until an editor can complete the desired parameters in the succession box.

Usage
When all (or most) of the parameters are known, this template should be subst'd to provide a handy default layout of the succession box template.

- starting year or Date for unusual circumstances
- finished year or Date for unusual circumstances
- predecessor article title

The first and last constituency entry (and any current incumbent) have different succession box parameters, and will need additional edits after subst'ing.
When some of the parameters are known, they can be skipped. In such a case the succession box thus created will have empty fields that can filled later on.

- state should be specified, but currently defaults to "West Bengal". RTO Codes like "WB" for "West Bengal" are allowed. Preview will link to the Assembly list, where other parameters may be found.
- constituency defaults to at-large. When the correct constituency is known, preview will link to the constituency list, where other parameters may be found more easily and succinctly.
