Soundwalk Collective
Robert McClenon ShelbyMarion I got to this page via a question at Teahouse (likely from this article's subject) about AfD for Soundwalk Collective, which you agreed was non-notable. There's been a bit more coverage in the time since, which I've inserted into this article, none of which probably goes to showing notability for Simone Merli but I thought might show notability for the band, and I was wondering about moving this article to Soundwalk Collective and creating redirects for the individual band members. I'm not strong on musician/band notability, though, and wondered if either of you would be willing to comment/advise me? --valereee (talk) 16:21, 2 August 2019 (UTC)
- valereee, my only take on it, after looking at the sources provided with this Simone Merli article is that the coverage in the provided references--although they prominently mention Soundwalk Collective--is due to the notability of Patti Smith. It's good secondary support for a Soundwalk Collective article, but not good enough if that is all there is. (And, yes, the Simone Merli article is also lacking in proving notability for its subject.) ShelbyMarion (talk) 13:37, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks! I've tagged it instead of AfDing, hoping someone with more comprehensive understanding of AfD will come along and advise. I'd think at minimum Simone Merli could be deleted, but I'm wondering if someone with access to German etc. sources would be able to find enough coverage that we could move. --valereee (talk) 15:10, 9 August 2019 (UTC)
