Trouble with the breaking ball

There are only three problems with the sentence "He is also known to not be able to hit a breaking ball, often striking out several times in a single game" -- it's unsourced (according to whom?), vague (how many is several and how often is often?) and incorrect (according to the Play Index at Baseball Reference, Minor struck out more than once in 25 out of 142 career games).

It makes you wonder who has such bitter memories of the Ryan Minor era. I'm not real happy about the last decade of Orioles baseball myself, but those discussions probably belong under Peter Angelos, Albert Belle, Jay Gibbons, Rafael Palmeiro...

Place of death

Do we have a source to confirm his place of death as Salisbury, Maryland as was recently added by an IP user? -- Pemilligan (talk) 16:20, 25 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

His obituary (https://www.hollowayfh.com/obituaries/Ryan-Dale-Minor?obId=30185236) confirms that he died at his home which was in Salisbury. CRussG (talk) 12:24, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
