[Inoperable] redirects to this page which has nothing to do with it. (which is often used in medicine to describe an inoperable tumor).

Notability

I saw that this page has been flagged for not meeting the wiki guidelines for notability as of a year ago. Has it been changed since then? I ask because it might better function as a disambiguation page than as a computer science one, as only a small part of the article refers to computer science. Cheers!
