Talk:Interconnect facility

When you say an interconnect facility may use any medium available, are you saying it has permission to use any medium it wants? Or do you mean it might use any medium? I can offer an educated guess, just because I have a general idea what is being defined as an Interconnect facility, but are we talking about telephones? Computer connections? Radio networks? Does "may use any medium" mean a facility might be any of the above or all of the above? Based soley on what this article offers, a person would have only a scant clue what the article is about. I presume when you say "communication" you mean electronic networks and not the vast majority of communication that occurs among humans as spoken word? Xientist 00:39, 7 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
