Please add the name of ANSI standart (and link to it's text, if this is possible), something like SQL:2003 core feature F021 Basic information schema (ANSI/ISO SQL:2003 standard Part 11 Schemata)

May be section "History" is necessary (because it was in 1999's version of standart too)
