This page should not be speedily deleted because it has been recreated after discussion with @Sandstein who actioned the original deletion request.
Some points to consider:
- There are German and Spanish articles on FOCJ
- Since a quick search of FOCJ on Google Scholar shows dozens of articles on the topic, the original deletion proposal did not conform to the notability principle:
Notability is based on the existence of suitable sources, not on the state of sourcing in an article
- This article has been revised from the original deleted article, addressing the lack of references. This addresses the reason given for the original deletion.
