Multiple issues
Issues were discussed at Electronic band structure#Merger proposal - Electronic structure, which was a failed merger proposal. I may try to propose a merger to electronic configuration if no one else tries to fix any of the massive deficiencies of this article. Please expand references with reliable sources to establish the notability of the topic and provide better context to differentiate the scope of this topic from the other two it duplicates. The lead must be rewritten to say more than "it's hard to compute", which is not an encyclopedic fact (subject to change at any time...). A few names were dropped in this articles lead as if that would be sufficient to provide context-it is not. The article must say more of the topic's notability than to reference its computational intensiveness, things that are hard to compute are not always notable.Footlessmouse (talk) 18:56, 10 October 2020 (UTC)
