i think development is when you develop something for example, some people develop social skills. Is there a good reason for the existence of the sex Development (disambiguation) page in addition to this one? They have very slight differences, but aren't they both trying to do the same thing? The start of this page is really quite poor and is really refering to Development geography. Perhaps the first few sections could be removed up to land use.
