Recommend moving Offensive Counterintelligence to OFCO and creating a separate entry. The same with counterespionage (CE) and other activities such as CFSO and formerly LLSO and MSO.

The Cambridge Dictionary described counter intelligence as 'secret action taken by a country to prevent another country from discovering its military, industrial, or political secrets'. I suggest changing changing the short description from 'Offensive measures using enemy information' to e.g. 'Action to counter espionage'. I suggest changing the first sentence of the lead from 'Counterintelligence (counter-intelligence) or counterespionage (counter-espionage) is any activity aimed at protecting an agency's intelligence program from an opposition's intelligence service.' to e.g. 'Counterintelligence (counter-intelligence) or counterespionage (counter-espionage) is any activity aimed at protecting a country's secrets and intelligence operations from foreign or subversive intelligence services.'
