I always read the "from the editor" article. In July 2007, Mary Kay Culpepper, Editor in Chief, commented about a hotel that served organic fare, along with the fact that it was on a beach. I have been searching for just such a vacation place. I would like the name and telephone number of this hotel so that I might check into the possibility of vacationing there. From her description, the place sounds ideal for a secluded vacation spot.
