Just tried to add Reich, but I don't know how to format the table I tried to create of structures. this is based upon my own training as a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner, which is the school of John Pierrakos, one of Reich's disciples. Please fix it for me rather than wipe out my contribution. No self-respecting article on character structure is complete without Reich's ideas. We should also add the ideas of Ferenczi.

The sentence:

"The person loses touch with their healthy natural assertion and aggression and energy tends to collapse and be difficult to sustain."

Feels kind of clunky and hard to read because of there being 4 ands in a row. Would it make more sense as:
