Laconi (Sardinian: Làconi) is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 70 kilometres (43 miles) north of Cagliari and about 40 kilometres (25 miles) east of Oristano. It has a population of 1,589 as of 2025.[4][5]

Laconi borders the following municipalities: Aritzo, Asuni, Gadoni, Genoni, Isili, Meana Sardo, Nuragus, Nurallao, Nureci, Samugheo, Senis, Villanova Tulo.

Demographics

As of 2026, the population is 1,589, of which 49.5% are male, and 50.5% are female. Minors make up 9.3% of the population, and seniors make up 37.8%.[6][7]
