Deletion of Help:IPA/Aymara

Once again, @Nardog seems to be deleting useful information and the inclusion of this language in the table for Help:IPA without specifying a reason why they're doing it. Moreover, instead of deleting, I'd recommend putting suggesting here, in the Talk page, so that they can be included. Remember we're trying to build upon knowledge, not hamper it.
