Fair Use for Splat! (computer game)

I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:-

1. It is used solely to improve the article's quality, an article in which I created.
2. The image used is my own creation and taken from an emulator.
3. Since the ZX Spectrum system has been discontinued for a long time ago, it's very doubtful that this image would corrupt copyright.
4. To my knowledge it's very unlikely that a free-use image of this game even exists.
