♡ is the second extended play (EP) by the American musician Jane Remover, released on December 5, 2025, by DeadAir Records.
Background and release
On July 31, 2024, Jane Remover released two songs: "Flash in the Pan" and "Dream Sequence".[1] These were followed by "Magic I Want U" and "How to Teleport" on September 4, 2024.[2] These songs were intended for a full-length album scrapped by Remover; they stated it would have turned them into the "main pop girl", which they did not want.[3] Throughout 2025, Remover released the albums Ghostholding (under the alias Venturing) and Revengeseekerz;[4][5] the latter of which they supported with a tour.[6] On December 5, 2025, Remover's second extended play (EP), ♡, was surprise released by DeadAir Records.[7][8]
Composition
♡ consists of six tracks, including "Flash in the Pan", "Dream Sequence", "Magic I Want U", and "How to Teleport".[8] Konstantinos Pappis from Our Culture Mag referred to "So What?" and "Music Baby" as "quite self-referential".[9]
Critical reception
Stereogum's Tom Breihan enjoyed "So What?" and "Music Baby" and described the previously released singles as "fan favorites".[7] Walden Green of Pitchfork also called the previously released singles fan favorites.[8]
