ZenQMS is an American software company headquartered in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, that develops cloud-based quality management system (QMS) software for organizations in the life sciences sector.[1][2]
History
ZenQMS was founded in 2010.[2] The company's founders are Panos Boudouvas and Graham Wert.[1]
Products and services
ZenQMS develops cloud-based eQMS software for life sciences organizations,[1] with modules for documents, training, issues/corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), change controls, audits, and supplier qualifications, and it meets 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 requirements.[2] ZenQMS has also been included in third-party editorial content discussing quality management software tools.[3]
Funding
On October 4, 2022, ZenQMS announced a significant minority growth investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity.[2] The investment was described as the company’s first outside institutional investment.[1]
Certifications
ZenQMS LLC holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its information security management system.[4][5]
