xtsy* is an American rapper and songwriter associated with the underground hip-hop and internet rap scene. He has released music independently since the early 2020s, including the singles "Miley", "20 Min", "Jennifer's Body", "Lifetime", and "Whatcha Want?". Career

In 2025, xtsy* was selected as one of ten artists for Underground Sound's UGS 2025 Top 10 Cypher. The project was designed to showcase emerging underground rappers who had not yet reached 100,000 Instagram followers. The other artists featured were Percaso, BREZZO, CAYO, SkinnyBoi CJ, K3, RRoxket, YT, PRETTIFUN, and Benji Blue Bills.[1]

Writing for Southern News, Jay’Mi Vazquez described xtsy*'s contribution as an aggressive performance built around a beat produced by ivvys1. Vazquez highlighted his rhythmic ability, storytelling, and the influence of his musical upbringing on his sound, describing his contribution as one that stood out within the cypher.[1]

The cypher was released as a 2025 hip-hop/rap album by Underground Sound, with an individual track titled "Xtsy* Cypher Verse".[4]
