Western Computer is a North America–based information technology consulting firm specializing in the implementation and support of Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. The company operates as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and serves clients primarily in distribution, manufacturing, and related industries.[1][2]
As of 2025, Western Computer employs approximately 180 staff across North America.[3]
History
Western Computer was founded in 1987 by Tom Bardos.[4] The company later became a dedicated Microsoft partner following Microsoft’s acquisition of Axapta and Navision, expanding its focus to include Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX.
In August 2022, Western Computer acquired Level Seven Group, a consultancy specializing in remanufacturing software solutions.[5]
In July 2023, Kristen Sage was appointed Chief Executive Officer.[6] In the same year, Western Computer was acquired by Evergreen Services Group and now operates within Evergreen’s Pine Services Group portfolio.[7]
In March 2025, Western Computer merged with Solution Systems, Inc., a Chicago-based Microsoft Dynamics partner. The combined organization continues to operate under the Western Computer name.[8]

Western Computer provides consulting, implementation, and managed services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.[8][9][10]
