Title Source is the largest independent provider of title insurance, property valuations and settlement services in the nation. The company is based in Detroit, Michigan and retains regional operating centers in California, Pennsylvania and Texas. Title Source was named as a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace in 2009, 2010 and 2011.[1]
On July 25, 2012, The company, in an effort to consolidate suburban offices, the company moved 1500 employees to its new headquarters located in Detroit's First National Building, located in Campus Martius, the center point of the city.[2]
Title Source has 1,092 team members in the First National building today. When fully moved in, Title Source will occupy more than 330,000 square feet across 10 floors, or more than 40%, of the historic building.

- National Residential
Title Source offers real estate services for residential title insurance services nationwide. As a title insurance and settlement service provider, Title Source's products offer origination, and tracking of residential real estate and lending transactions.[3]
- National Commercial
The Title Source National Commercial group is focused on commercial real estate transactions, representing title insurers such as First American , Fidelity National, Chicago Title, , Commonwealth, Old Republic and Stewart Title. Services span from simple single property mortgage coverage to complex, multi-billion dollar portfolio acquisitions. The company is a provider to five of the top twenty Fortune 100 companies, and many of the largest residential mortgage lenders.[4]
- TSI Appraisal
TSI Appraisal, a division of Title Source, is an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) providing a variety of valuation products and services nationwide.[5]
