Comment: This is a borderline case, but I just don't think the sourcing on this company is quite there to clear WP:NCORP and WP:CORPDEPTH. The first reference is ok, but the rest are routine announcements, passing mentions, or churnalism (for instance, the Inside Higher Ed piece is a TimelyCare internal survey repackaged as a column, and the WAVY article is just a repackaged university announcement that "this service is now available"). I would say with one more reliable source covering the company in some detail, this article would be ready to go. WeirdNAnnoyed (talk) 22:37, 22 February 2026 (UTC)

TimelyCare is a U.S.-based telehealth company that provides virtual medical and mental health services to students at colleges and universities. The company partners with higher-education institutions to offer remote access to counseling, psychiatry, and non-emergency medical care as a supplement to campus health services.[1][2][3]
History
The company was founded in Fort Worth, Texas, and originally operated under the name TimelyMD before rebranding as TimelyCare in 2023.[4]
TimelyCare was founded to address gaps in student access to healthcare, outside regular campus clinic hours.[5] The company delivers services via mobile and web-based platforms.[2] Services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and are typically accessed by students at participating institutions.[6][7]
Coverage of the company has appeared primarily in higher-education publications and healthcare trade media, often in the context of broader reporting on student mental health needs and the growing use of telehealth in higher education.[8][1]
