Comment: Two reviewers declined this just hours ago and nothing has changed. As the previous reviewer noted, all the sources fall into what WP:SIRS calls corporate trivia: funding rounds, expansion plans, leases, and staff appointments. The Economic Times, Hindustan Times, and TechCrunch pieces are about routine business activity rather than substantive independent analysis of the company itself. Please do not resubmit without first finding sources that provide genuine corporate depth, meaning analytical coverage of the company's business model, market position, or impact from outlets with no commercial connection to the subject. Comment: This is just reiterating the previous decline. What is missing here is corporate depth. Have a look at WP:SIRS and the two sections on corporate depth and corporate trivia. All the sources are firmly in the trivia section - IPO, funding, expansion plans, leases, sub-leases, routine staff changes. ChrysGalley (talk) 09:50, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
Table Space (Company)
Table Space is an Indian managed workspace company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Founded in 2017, the company designs, builds, and operates private office environments for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and multinational corporations across major Indian cities.
Founding and History
Table Space was founded in 2017 by Amit Banerji, Karan Chopra, Kunal Mehra, and Srinivas Prasad. Before establishing Table Space, Banerji had spent over 13 years at Accenture, where he served as Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate in India.
Amit Banerji, who served as co-founder and CEO, passed away in January 2025 at the age of 44. Following his death, co-founders Karan Chopra and Kunal Mehra were appointed Co-CEOs. In addition to his role as Co-CEO, Chopra assumed the position of chairman of the board of directors.[1]
In preparation for a public listing, the company converted from a private entity to a public entity in 2025, changing its legal name to Tablespace Technologies Limited as per its Ministry of Corporate Affairs filings.[2]
Business Model
Table Space operates on a managed office model in which enterprise clients specify requirements which includes headcount, technology infrastructure, and compliance needs and the company also designs, constructs, and operates the workspace on their behalf. Services including fit-out, facility management, IT infrastructure, utilities, security, and cleaning are consolidated under a single monthly commercial arrangement.
Table Space leases office buildings, converts them into managed offices with IT infrastructure and facilities, and then subleases them to corporate clients. Each environment is built exclusively for one client, with dedicated network infrastructure, access control systems, and server room facilities designed to meet enterprise compliance requirements.
Operations and Scale
In September 2024, Table Space acquired approximately 500,000 square feet of office space in Whitefield, Bengaluru for approximately ₹500 crore, its second owned asset, following an earlier acquisition of Panchshil Towers in Kharadi, Pune.[3]
In August 2025, Table Space leased approximately 534,000 square feet in Gurugram's Intellion IT Park, with plans to sublease the property to Google at a monthly rent of ₹3.47 crore.[4]
As of April 2026, Table Space's portfolio comprised 11 million square feet of customised workspaces for enterprises, spread across more than 80 centres in seven cities across India.[5]
Funding and Financials
In November 2022, Table Space raised $300 million from Hillhouse Capital, a global private equity fund, to expand its operations across India.[6][7]
Market Context
India's flexible office market has expanded significantly since 2020.According to a March 2026 report by CBRE and FICCI, India's flexible office stock exceeded 110 million square feet, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 23 to 25 percent.
