Scott Stornetta, one of the co-inventors of blockchain technology, the company focuses on protecting individuals and enterprises from AI-generated deepfakes and identity fraud.[1] ==History== The company was established to apply the principles of immutable record-keeping and cryptographic verification to the problem of "seeing is no longer believing" in the age of generative AI. Its founders, Stornetta and Stuart Haber, previously authored the foundational works on blockchain in the early 1990s.[2] ==Technology== SureMark Digital's primary product is the "SureMark Credential," a system designed to verify the identity of individuals during real-time communications, such as phone calls or digital transfers.
