Comment: Article is much improved. However, WP:notability requires reliable, secondary (WP:RS, WP:IS) sources with substantial coverage of the organization. Virtually all citations here are press releases and quasi-PR media. Have any reliable outlets covered the company or its impact? SocDoneLeft (talk) 05:21, 9 March 2026 (UTC)

Solvexia is an Australian SaaS company headquartered in Bondi Junction, Sydney, that provides no-code automation software for financial, tax, and compliance processes, serving the banking, life insurance, and travel sectors.[1][2] In January 2026, it was acquired by GTreasury, a treasury management software provider owned by Ripple Labs.[3]
History
Solvexia was established in Bondi Junction, New South Wales. The platform was initially oriented toward the insurance sector. The company provided a risk analytics workflow with built-in audit and control in cloud data centres.[2] The underlying technology was designed to be applicable across other financial services functions beyond insurance.[2]
In November 2020, the Australian Financial Review referenced Solvexia in an article about APRA Connect — the regulator's shift to a digital reporting platform — and its implications for financial institutions moving away from manual, spreadsheet-based compliance processes.[4]
On 6 January 2026, GTreasury announced the acquisition of Solvexia.[5][6][1][7][8] GTreasury had itself been acquired by Ripple Labs for US$1 billion in October 2025.[3][9] Financial terms of the Solvexia transaction were not disclosed.[3][9]
