PixStone Images Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Chennai. Established in 2012, PixStone started to work in the stereoscopic conversion industry. With VFX professionals and artists, PixStone provided 3D conversion services from India to conversion companies such as StereoD, Legend3D and Gener8.[1]

In 2015, PixStone worked with studios seeking VFX production. It provided VFX support to some of the Hollywood films as a VFX services provider from India.[2][3]

John D is the managing director, Srinivasan S is the CEO, Krishnakant Mishra is the director, VFX, Kris Prasad T is the AVP and Pradeep John is the director of PixStone Images.[4]

Work

Pixstone Images is a VFX studio that works for feature films, commercials, and TV shows, partnered with United States-based method studios to create visual effect sequences for Hollywood movies. It worked for Black Panther[5] among other Hollywood, Bollywood and Tollywood movies. Pixstone was recognized by The Foundry for its specialized work on rotoscoping. [6]
