Draft:PPLIO

PPLIO (pronounced "people eye oh!") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform used by IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) teams. It collects self-reported inputs and automated data on employees’ workplace behaviour to provide information on staff productivity, engagement, time tracking, and project management.

The platform avoids screenshots, keystroke logging, photos, and location tracking.

PPLIO’s methodology draws on productivity research frameworks, including Microsoft’s SPACE Framework and GitHub’s Good Day Project, both of which provide recommendations for improving productivity in knowledge-based organizations.
