Ogle Architecture and Design (also known as Ogle Designs) is an American architecture and design firm headquartered in Berkeley, California. The firm provides architectural services for residential, commercial, hospitality, and worship properties, primarily operating within the San Francisco Bay Area.
History and Location
The firm was founded by William Ogle, who serves as the Principal and Director of Architecture. Ogle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a registered architect holding licenses in California and Florida, as well as a membership in the American Institute of Architects (AIA).[1][2]
Notable Projects

915 Bryant Street (San Francisco)
Ogle Architecture and Design is the designated project architect for a proposed multi-family residential development at 915 Bryant Street in the South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood of San Francisco. The project plans detail an 8-story, 85-foot-tall mixed-use structure containing 14 residential units and ground-floor commercial space.[3][4]
Marr Avenue Renovation (Oakland)
The firm frequently designs residential projects within the East Bay. Notably, their design for the "Marr Ave" home renovation in the Oakland Hills was selected to be featured in the 2024 AIA East Bay Home Tours, an annual event showcasing local architectural talent.[5][6]
Master Planning and Commercial Work
According to company portfolios, the firm's unreviewed and ongoing work includes a master plan proposal for the Antigua Waldorf Design and a 150-unit mixed-use residential development in downtown Mountain View, California.
