ORO Labs, Inc. is an American enterprise software company headquartered in Palo Alto, California.[1] The company develops an AI-powered procurement orchestration platform that coordinates purchasing, supplier management, and compliance workflows across the systems used by large organizations.[2]
History
ORO Labs was founded in 2020 by Sudhir Bhojwani, Lalitha Rajagopalan, and Yuan Tung, who previously held senior product and engineering roles at SAP Ariba. The founders launched the company to address gaps they had observed in legacy procurement software, particularly around user experience and cross-system orchestration.[3][4]
In November 2022, ORO Labs raised a US$25 million Series A round led by Norwest Venture Partners and B Capital, with participation from XYZ Venture Capital and Array Ventures.[5][6][7] One year later, in November 2023, the company closed a US$34 million Series B round led by Felicis, with continued participation from Norwest Venture Partners, B Capital, and XYZ Venture Capital.[3]
In October 2023, ORO won the growth-stage track of the DEMO competition at the Digital Procurement World (DPW) conference in Amsterdam.[8] In 2024, ORO Labs was listed as a sample vendor in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Procurement and Sourcing Solutions in the categories of procurement orchestration and intake management.[9]
In both 2025 and 2026, ORO Labs won the Procurement Technology Provider category at the World Procurement Awards.[10][11]
In March 2026, ORO Labs raised a US$100 million Series C round co-led by Brighton Park Capital and Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, bringing total funding raised to approximately US$160 million.[citation needed] The company reported 300% year-over-year revenue growth at the time of the round.[12][13][14]
Platform
