Microwave Vision Group is a French company involved in the development and supply of equipment and systems used for antenna measurement, RF characterization (including RCS) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing.
History
The Early Days
The history of the group is generally traced back to the origins of SATIMO (founded in 1986) and its growth in antenna measurement and RF testing activities, before the consolidation carried out from 2008 onwards with ORBIT/FR..[1].
The Foundation of SATIMO and the Academic Roots
Jean‑Charles Bolomey founded the company SATIMO in 1986, as an extension of academic work related to near-field measurement techniques[1].
Philippe Garreau in Management
Philippe Garreau joined SATIMO in 1992 and became its chief executive (CEO) in 19961[2]
Nomination de Guillaume Sassus et Transition de Leadership
The shareholder context related to HLD is documented by announcements concerning the agreement (2020) and the finalization of the majority stake acquisition (January 2021)[3],[4]
