Neal Carter (born November 30, 2008), better known by his stage name Lil Novi (formerly Young Carter), is an American rapper. Carter started rapping in 2020 on his father’s, American rapper Lil Wayne, mixtape No Ceilings 3 under the name Young Carter.
Early life
Novi was born Neal Carter on November 30, 2009, in Birmingham, Alabama to America rapper Lil Wayne and American singer Nivea.[1]

Born into a music-filled family, Novi first began rapping in 2020; appearing on his father’s 2020 mixtape No Ceilings 3, dubbing the stage name “Young Carter”[2]
