Kilo Group (formerly known as Kilo Health) is a private company based in Vilnius, Lithuania. It works and invests in digital products and businesses in the health, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. The company was founded in 2013.
Kilo develops and invests in startups, building and supporting a portfolio of products, with its products reaching over 10 million users worldwide.[1][2]
History
Kilo was founded in 2013 in Vilnius, Lithuania, initially focusing on digital health and wellness products.[citation needed]
By 2022, the company was recognized among the fastest-growing companies in Europe, appearing in rankings such as the Financial Times FT 1000 list[3] and the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.[4][5]
In 2025, the company rebranded from Kilo Health to Kilo, reflecting an expansion of its activities beyond health technology into broader areas including beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. Alongside the rebrand, the company announced increased focus on investments and startup development through its co-founding program and internal product development ecosystem, Kiloverse.[6][7][8]
Operations
Kilo develops and scales digital products and supports early-stage startups.[9] The company operates an internal ecosystem, Kiloverse, which provides support to startups within its portfolio.[10] It also runs a co-founder program that allows individuals to contribute to the development of new business ideas and, in some cases, become co-founders of startups within the company’s ecosystem. Kiloverse is an internal business development ecosystem operated by Kilo.[11][12] It brings together teams specializing in areas such as software development, data analytics, marketing, nutrition, research and development, human resources, legal, and compliance.[13]

Kilo has developed over 30 products and built, backed, and scaled 9 businesses in the current portfolio. Its portfolio includes products such as Bioma, Pulsetto, Go Health, and Ratepunk.[14]
Investments and Finances
In addition to developing its own products, Kilo invests in external startups.
In 2025, the company invested €1 million in the Vilnius-based football club FK Žalgiris, acquiring a minority stake in the club.[15]
In 2024, the company reported consolidated revenue of around €234 million and EBITDA of €11 million. Investment tickets range from €50,000 to €1 million, with follow-on investments of up to €10 million. As of 2026, the company has invested over €10 million in external startups and nearly twice that amount in its own research and development and product development.[16]
