Justin Ward is an American puppeteer, actor, poet, artist, musician, and performance artist. He is known for his work in educational and creative media, including the projects Draw It Out and Off Scripts.
Early life
Ward was born July 13th 2009 in Novi, Michigan, and raised in Detroit. He is a student at the Detroit School of Arts.
Career
Ward is the creator of Draw It Out, an educational television series designed to help children develop reading skills through puppet-based segments.
He is also the creator of Off Scripts, an improvisational sketch comedy series in which performers create and act out scenes spontaneously.
In addition to his television work, Ward has developed music and film projects that explore social and cultural themes. His song Woman’s Anthem addresses topics related to women's rights and empowerment.
Ward has also created film projects focusing on subjects such as Black excellence, substance abuse, and public school funding. His documentary project, The Way I See It, consists of a multi-day interview exploring his perspectives on his work and personal experiences.
