History

Jet.Build was formed in 2021 by Adam Stark and Joseph Shua-Haim.[3] According to the St. Louis Jewish Light, Stark and Shua-Haim developed the company after working in real estate development roles and identifying difficulties in consolidating information across multiple projects.[3]

In 2025, Jet.Build was selected as part of the Arch Grants cohort in St. Louis.[4] The program awarded $75,000 non-dilutive grants to each company in the cohort.[4] Startland News listed Jet.Build among the 2025 Arch Grants companies and described it as a development and construction management platform for developers, contractors, and project teams.[5]

Software

Jet.Build is described by Arch Grants as a B2B software-as-a-service platform for the real estate development and construction industry, designed to connect project stakeholders from design and preconstruction through field execution and closeout.[1] The platform includes tools related to planning, budgeting, RFIs, change orders, drawings, submittals, and schedule tracking.[1]

In a 2023 episode of The Construction Revolution Podcast, host Steven Rossi described Jet.Build as a cloud-based command center for real estate developers, general contractors, and operators, with modules related to accounting, collaboration, construction, and data reporting.[6]

Recognition

Jet.Build was listed as a 2025 Arch Grants company in the application software, construction, enterprise software, and real estate technology categories.[1] The company was also included in Shadow Ventures' portfolio as a pre-seed construction technology investment made in 2022.[7]
