Erwin Baron was an actor in German films, some of which he directed.

He is named in the copyright for the film Martin Luther, the nightingale of Wittenburg (Die Wittenberger Nachtigall) in 1913.[1]

He played seven of nine parts in the 1922 film The Arsonist which featured sound on film.[2]
