Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) is a list maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Created in 2004 by the FBI, the program is designed to assist in identifying unknown individuals involved in child sexual exploitation cases online.[1][2] The initiative publishes images of suspects' faces and distinguishing features through the FBI website to solicit information from the public,[1] after exhausting efforts to identify the individual internally.[3] ECAP has aided in the identification and prosecution of multiple offenders, as well as the rescue and identification of child victims.[1] As of 2013, ECAP had successfully identified and prosecuted 15 individuals, and also identified at least 29 victims.[4] The FBI initially collaborated with the television program America's Most Wanted to broadcast the images nationwide.[5][6] In one of the first occurrences, a woman watching recognized her brother, who turned himself in.[6]

John Doe 40 is described as a White male, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old.  He appears to be heavyset with dark colored hair. John Doe 40 has a tattoo on his inner left forearm, and could be heard speaking English in the video."[7]
Jane Doe 39
 "The video depicting Jane Doe 39 is believed to have been produced prior to April of 2016. Jane Doe 39 is described as an Asian female, likely between the ages of 25 and 35 years old, with long black hair.  At the time the video was produced, Jane Doe 39 was wearing a white, yellow, blue, and red floral dress.  In addition, Jane Doe 39 could be heard speaking Vietnamese on the video."[7]
Jane Doe 37
 "Videos containing Jane Doe 37 first came to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in June of 2014.  The EXIF data embedded within the video files indicated that the files were produced in April of 2012.  In addition, audio from the animated film "The Land Before Time" can be heard in the background of the videos. Jane Doe 37 is described as a White female with brown hair and wearing dark-framed glasses.  Due to the age of the images, it is possible that the individual's appearance may have changed over the years."[7]
Jane Doe 36
 "Jane Doe 36 is described as a White female, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old.  She has long, curly brown hair. In August of 2016, Jane Doe 36 was seen wearing a pink shirt and a pair of black pants with polka dots."[7]
John Doe 19
 "Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. It is alleged that he may be involved with the attempted sexual exploitation of children and the sexual abuse of a minor. Images of this person were found on a video being traded on the Internet."[7]
John Doe 17
 "Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. It is alleged that he may be involved with the transportation of child pornography by means of a computer. His current whereabouts are unknown. The individual is described as a White male, approximately 210 to 250 pounds, with curly brown hair."[7]
John Doe 8
 "Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. Images of this person abusing a young girl were found in a video on the Internet in May of 2005. His current whereabouts are unknown. The individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds, with brown hair. He has a dark circular mark on his right forearm."[7]
John Doe 5
 "Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. Images of this person abusing young children were found on the Internet. His whereabouts are unknown. The individual is described as a White male in his late 30s or early 40s with brown eyes. He has a large mole in the middle of his left cheek."[7]
