My Philosophy is named Devonism, its root being the meaning of the Name Devon, which is derived from the word Devotion, or Devoted. Its premise unites the idea that Man is fated to be Free, and free to Do What They Will, until such a time that they are called to Unite with the Divine. Man is free to do anything in the pursuit of their Will, for in this liberty, Man will invent and discover and lead the Nations to what is collectively or individually decided needs doing. A ,male practicing Devonism is a Devonite, a female is a Devonista.
The Destiny of Man then, is to Unite with the Divine, and of this there are many types- and when that Union becomes apparent, the study that the person performed will be examined and catalogued and the various parts of invention will be distributed amongst the Master's that introduced this Wisdom to Man.
The True Divine must remain Infinite and Unknowable, and that is why the path of Agnosticism is valuable- for once we find the Divine, we will reach our end. The Final Divine has been found many times, but due to the reoccurring Nature of Eternity through Infinite means, these Gods rise and fall, and when they fall, they are still present and potent. We must always seek the New Divine. To do this, we employ the study of Chaos through Liberty. This is the Bridge between Faith in Religion, Science and Method, Alchemy and Magick, and the Myth and reason for Free Will. Ultimately, Man is still in control of their Destiny, which is ever and always to Do What You Will.
