Draft:Devitt Award

  • Comment: While there are many sources in the article (of various quality), almost all of them are about the recipients of the award and only two are about the main subject of the article. Of those two sources, one is a primary source and the other is an opinion article. The article also has very little info about the it's subject; it's almost as if the article was "List of Devitt Award recipients". Itzcuauhtli11 (talk) 20:48, 23 June 2025 (UTC)

The Edward J. Devitt Distinguished Service to Justice Award is a prize given annually to a U.S. federal judge for distinguished and exceptional service.[1] The prize is named in honor of Edward J. Devitt,[2] a U.S. district judge, and has been presented by the Dwight D. Opperman Foundation since 1983.[1] The award is intended to serve as a Nobel Prize for the federal judiciary.[1]
