DataGuard has entered distribution and reseller agreements in several European markets:
- May 2019: Deutsche Telekom, a German telecommunications company.[8]
- March 2025: CIPS Informatica, an IT solutions provider in Italy.[9]
DataGuard has also acquired several businesses:
- April 2021: the UK consent and preference management platform MyLife Digital.[10]
- June 2024: the Swedish privacy SaaS provider DPOrganizer.[11]
