Comment: Good work so far on this article. However, in order to prove notability, an article needs to references 2-3 sources which are reliable, independent, secondary sources, which talk about the subject of the Wikipedia article at length. Unfortunately, the sources you have are not there yet - almost all of them talk about The Ultimate Seminar, rather than the NPO itself, with quotes from the founders which counts as primary rather than secondary sources… in order to prove notability, you really need feature articles talking about Cre8ing vision itself, and these need to be in a non-interview format. Good luck, and keep up the hard work 👍 Absurdum4242 (talk) 01:26, 11 August 2026 (UTC)

Cre8ing Vision is a London based not-for-profit music youth consultancy and education hub founded in 2010 by co-founders Nicola Charles, Andrea Euell and Kwame Kwaten. The organisation aims to provide "insights into the music, sport and the creative industries through a series of seminars, workshops, internships placements and educational programmes.[1]. Cre8ing Vision's initiatives are supported by partnerships and sponsorships from major record labels, royalty collection bodies and tech companies.
Initiatives and history
Cre8ing Visions primary activity is the education of young people in the music industry, including both music business and performance through several core recurring programs. The company's stated mission is "to network, to educate, to be inspired[1]."
The Ultimate Seminar
Established in 2010 alongside the company's founding, 'The Ultimate Seminar' is a free-to-attend conference focusing on music business. The networking seminar hosts multiple educational and conversational Q&A style talks throughout the day, as well as pre booked 1:1 sessions with industry personel. The event was originally only hosted in london but by 2022, expanded to Manchester[2]
In 2025, the London seminar featured panelists including, Jo Charrington (President of Capitol Records UK), Dellessa James (Amazon Music UK)[3], the artist Mahalia, songwriter Jin Jin[4] and producer Jake Gosling.
In years prior, the London seminar featured music business personnel such as Max Lousada (CEO of Warner Music UK), Darcus Beese (President of Island Records), Ted Cockle (President of Virgin Records)[5], Liz Goodwin (GM Atlantic Records)[6], Bertina Luza (PPL)[7] and Nick Raphael (co-founder of NWS music group)[8]. Past seminars have also included artists Stormzy[9], Tinie Tempah[10], JP Cooper, Jonny Quinn, Kamille and Maegan Cottone, alongside record producers Fraser T. Smith and Jimmy Napes.

Previous participants have included artists such as Tyler Lewis and Sam Tompkins.
