Courtney-Blue Dozor, known professionally as "Ms. Blue," or “DJ CB,” is a Jazz radio host, producer and disc jockey in Philadelphia, PA.
From 2011-2025, Courtney-Blue was a Jazz radio host in Philadelphia for WRTI 90.1 FM.[1][2]Her shows were also available worldwide via streaming[3]. At WRTI, she hosted a show in the prime time slot called Late Evening Jazz which aired weeknights, Mondays through Thursdays, 9pm-Midnight. Previous to that, also at WRTI, she hosted Jazz At Your Request[4], Jazz Through The Night and Nouveau Jazz Showcase which aired Fridays 6pm-10pm.
Ms. Blue created the show Women CRUSH Wednesdays[5] on Y-Not Radio[6] where she was a DJ for over 10 years.
She graduated from Temple University with a degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media.
