History
Condor Developers traces its origins to the early 1980s in India, later expanding into the Middle East. The company began its UAE operations to take part in Dubai’s growing real estate sector, focusing on mid- and high-end residential projects.[2] [citation needed]
Operations
The company operates mainly in Dubai and Kerala. In the UAE, Condor Developers has focused on residential communities such as those in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) and Dubai Sports City. In India, the firm has developed residential projects in Thiruvananthapuram and other cities in Kerala.[3][4]
Major projects
In July 2024, the company announced the Sonate Residences project in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai.[1] [citation needed] Another development, Concept 7, located in Jumeirah Village Circle, was completed and handed over in 2025.[3]
The company has also been active in India, with residential developments in Kerala focusing on urban amenities and community-based design.[2]
Recognition
Condor Developers was included in Construction Week Online’s list of the “Top 100 Real Estate Developers in the GCC.”[5] The firm’s projects have also been mentioned in regional business media such as Emarat Al Youm and Khaleej Times.[6]
