The Colony Arcade Building is a building at 63-67 West 38th Street in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City, New York, United States.^[4] The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 10, 2014.^[5]

During Prohibition in the United States, the building hosted illicit bars.^[6] The building later became the Refinery Hotel, which has two bars.^[6]
