Alba Ramirez (born 6 September 2003) is a Spanish multi-event athlete. She was Spanish champion in the pentathlon at the Spanish Indoor Athletics Championships in 2025. She also won the Spanish under-23 championships in heptathlon.[1]

Career

Ramirez was born in Madrid but moved to Province of Castellón in the Valencian community in September 2024 to train under Manoli Alonso. In 2022, she has set the Madrid Pentathlon record with a score of 4,003 points.[2][3]

In February 2025, she won the Spanish U23 indoor pentathlon title. Shortly afterwards, she also won the Spanish Indoor Athletics Championships pentathlon, finishing ahead of defending champion Andrea Medina with a total of 4,102 points.[4][5][6] In July 2025, she won the heptathlon at the Spanish U23 Championships.[7]
