Zygogramma continua adalah sebuah spesies kumbang yang termasuk dari anggota famili Zygogramma.[1]

Taksonomi

Ada satu subspesies dari spesies Z. continua: Z. continua fasciatipennis.[2]

Deskripsi

Z. continua adalah seekor kumbang daun yang berukuran kecil dengan kepala berwarna oranye kecokelatan dan protonum berwarna sama, ditaburi warna kuning di ujung depannya. elytranya berwarna putih pucat atau kuning dengan aksen strip coklat yang melengkung dan berkesinambungan. Sambungannya juga berwarna cokelat.

Sebaran dan Habitat

Z. continua merupakan hewan asli Amerika Utara, Kanada, dan Meksiko.[1] Baik hewan dewasa maupun larva biasa diasosiasikan dengan spesies bunga matahari palsu yang memiliki mata emas yang menarik perhatian (Heliomeris multiflora).[3]
